FrozaTech is designed for compute-intensive analytics at scale. Many features—such as real-time dashboards, scheduled SQL alerts, and R-powered analysis—may execute on parallel workers, in-memory processing layers, and distributed query infrastructure to deliver low-latency results on large datasets.
Because analytical workloads can consume substantial CPU, memory, and storage, we enforce safeguards such as concurrency limits, query timeouts, rate limits, and background job scheduling. You agree not to bypass these controls (including by automation, scraping, or excessive request patterns) and to use the platform in a way that does not degrade service for other customers.
We operate FrozaTech on redundant cloud infrastructure with continuous monitoring, scaling policies, and capacity planning. From time to time we may perform maintenance, upgrades, or incident response actions that can temporarily affect availability or performance. Where practical, we will schedule maintenance to minimize disruption, but emergency maintenance may occur without notice.
To provide analytics and dashboards, FrozaTech may process data you connect or upload, including executing queries and generating cached aggregates. We apply security controls such as access isolation, encryption in transit, and permission-based sharing. You remain responsible for ensuring you have the right to use the data you connect to FrozaTech and that your use complies with applicable laws and your own policies.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

agree not to misuse our services, violate any laws, or infringe on the rights of others.
Our analytics tools are designed to provide insights from large-scale datasets and operational metrics, including compute-heavy queries and scheduled analyses.
The analysis results are dependent on the accuracy and completeness of the data you provide.
We do not guarantee specific outcomes, and you acknowledge that the analysis is provided "as
is."
Our dashboards, sharing links, and collaboration features are intended to help teams explore data, align on KPIs, and act on real-time signals.
You are solely responsible for the content and materials you upload or use through our marketing
and web-based tools.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to these tools if we believe you are
using them in violation of these Terms or applicable laws.
